The Big Winter Sale is available through the Trollbeads e-store trollbeads.co.uk and at Trollbeads London only. Promotional dates run from 4.00pm 22/12/2025 until 23:59 07/01/2026. Orders placed before or after these dates will not qualify for the discount.

 ‘Up to 50% off during the Big Winter Sale’ refers to a discount off the RRP of selected items that appear on the following page: https://www.trollbeads.co.uk/collections/sale only. If an item does not appear on this page, it is excluded from the sale. The Big Winter Sale discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or coupon code, excluding the ‘Free Shipping’ promotion.

This promotion is for customers with a UK & Ireland delivery address only. The Big Winter Sale promotions are subject to stock availability and, whilst reasonable efforts have been made to ensure sufficient stocks are available to meet likely demand, Agora House Ltd T/A Trollbeads UK may end the promotion early without notice or cancel a pending order due to insufficient stock levels. During the Big Winter Sale, some products, regardless of RRP, will be shipped in either a Trollbeads branded silk pouch or reduced packaging. Participants' legal rights, including all rights in respect of products which are faulty or not as described and in respect of refunds, replacements and repairs, are unaffected by these terms. Refunds and exchanges are subject to our Returns policy. These promotional terms and conditions are in addition to our standard terms & conditions, which continue to apply.
