Trollbeads UK delivers to any address in the UK Mainland, Highlands, Northern Ireland & the Republic of Ireland. Orders placed Friday to Sunday will be processed and shipped the following Monday. Please be aware that UK public holidays will affect your expected delivery date. 

Republic of Ireland VAT & Customs Charges:

For our customers in the Republic of Ireland, please note that your orders are fulfilled from our centre in London, UK. As such, UK VAT has already been removed from the prices displayed on our website. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, or you suspect it may be lost, please reach out to us right away. Our carriers allow only a two-week period to submit a claim from the date the parcel leaves our warehouse; after that, we won’t be able to file one on your behalf. Please also ensure your address was entered correctly, as we cannot assist with a claim if an incorrect address was provided.

Packaging:

Each individual product you purchase will be shipped in its very own Trollbeads presentation box. Depending on the product's size, these presentation boxes will too vary in size.

Helping our planet:

Join us in reducing the impact on our planet. At the checkout, you will be asked if you would like us to reduce the amount of presentation boxes we (not available to customers in the Republic of Ireland) send with your order. If you choose this option, we will endeavour to reduce, but without risking the safety of your order. For instance, if you order 4 individual beads, we will reduce the number of presentation boxes and ship the 4 beads in a single box or a pouch. 

The Pouch:

During busy periods, which include the Summer, Winter or Black Friday sales, or promotional dates, your order will be shipped in a Trollbeads branded silk pouch.
