Payment

Placing your order on this website is completely safe and secure. We offer secure payments processed through Shopify Payments. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, and JCB credit cards, as well as PayPal. For your security, we do not store any customer credit card information and require the payment information to be entered each time you place an order on the site. Any refunds due to you will be credited back to the same method of payment used during the purchase. We offer secure payments through PayPal, however, a PayPal account is NOT required to complete your purchase when choosing the PayPal guest checkout option.

Return Policy

All purchases made on this website can be returned for an exchange provided the return slip corresponds to the registered purchaser within 30 days of delivery.  All items must be returned unused, with authentic labels & in original packaging. If goods returned are not in a re-sellable condition, we may not accept your return. Any promotional gift received with your purchase must also be returned. Unless the goods are faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the cost of returning them to us.

Return Policy - Fair Use

Where we suspect fraudulent activity and/or we notice unusual or suspicious activity with your account, we might have to withhold issuing a refund and block your account and any associated accounts.

Such activity includes but is not limited to: claims relating to orders not being received, items missing, ordering and excessive returning – way more than even the most loyal Trollbeads customer would order; unusual patterns of returns activity; where we suspect someone isn't just deciding, but wearing the items for longer periods and then returning them; where we refuse multiple returns by you or returning items worn/used and not matching what was originally ordered.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. Any returns will be processed as normal when they reach our warehouse.

Please note: we reserve the right to take legal action against you if the items you return don't match what you ordered.

Our Guarantee, Warranty

The warranty is based on the country of fulfilment, which is based on the order's delivery address. Items fulfilled and shipped from the United Kingdom are subject to a 2-year warranty against defects and will be exchanged within this period of time. We only accept returns and exchanges of items bought on Trollbeads.co.uk. Any purchases made from our Trollbeads stores or independent stockists must be returned to the original place of purchase. All leather products are exempt from the 2-year warranty.

Trollbeads Rewards

Trollbeads Rewards is a reward program linked to the users' account. Once an account has been created, it is automatically enrolled into Trollbeads Rewards. Through the rewards program, the user can earn store credit based on their spending, and referring friends, and signing up for an account:

Welcome Credit: New customers will receive £10 in store credit when they create an account. This credit will be automatically applied to their Trollbeads Rewards balance.

Spend & Earn: Earn £5 with every £100 spent in a single order. If the order is £300, the user will have earned £15 and so forth. 

Refer a Friend: Give £10, Get £10. For every successful referral, both will receive £10 in store credit. 

To participate in Trollbeads Rewards and automatically accumulate credit when making a qualifying online purchase when shopping online at www.trollbeads.co.uk you will need to create & log into your online account before completing your online purchase. For in-store purchases, the store clerk will require your account email address. 

By logging into your account, you will find your Trollbeads Rewards code (16 digits long). This code is unique to you and your account. You will need this code to redeem your credit at the checkout. Your Trollbeads Rewards code is a promotional loyalty card and not a cheque guarantee card, debit card or credit card. You cannot transfer your credit or any of the stored credit on it to any other person. 

Refer a friend. Each existing, purchasing customer has a unique referral link they can share with friends and family. Customers can find their link in the Trollbeads Rewards widget (found in the bottom right-hand corner of the website) or the Trollbeads Rewards page. Once the person they've shared the link with clicks the link, they will be directed to the Trollbeads website, and a discount code will automatically be applied to their checkout. They can then add items to their cart, and when proceeding to checkout, they will see the discount code on the checkout page. Once they insert their email at checkout, we will make sure this is the customer's first purchase at Trollbeads (as our refer-a-friend program rewards new customers only). If they have already purchased in the past, the discount code will be cancelled. Then, once the referred party pays, the referrer will get their £10 reward. All referral rewards are accumulated on the referrer's rewards card code, which allows them to easily manage all rewards they've received from referrals.

Store credit expires 6 months from issue date.

Trollbeads Rewards is only for personal, household and consumer use. Credit can only be earned, held or redeemed as set out in these terms and conditions, or the terms relating to any promotions and credit offers related to Trollbeads Rewards, and may not be earned, held, redeemed, or otherwise traded in any other way. Your credit cannot be exchanged for cash. 

If you are given a refund or other financial adjustment on any transaction, the credit awarded on the transaction will be adjusted accordingly. Any refund of items purchased using Credit will be made by crediting the applicable amount of credits back onto the account.

Agora House Ltd T/A Trollbeads UK employees, sub-contractors and/or their agents may not participate in Trollbeads Rewards. 

We may suspend, modify or terminate Trollbeads Rewards at any time, at our sole discretion and for any reason. In such event, we will provide notice where reasonably practicable, and any Rewards credit may be suspended, cancelled or forfeited.

We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Trollbeads Rewards account, remove Rewards credit, and/or exclude you from participation in the program at our sole discretion if we believe you have breached these Terms, acted fraudulently, attempted to exploit or abuse the program, or otherwise engaged in conduct that we consider to be inconsistent with the intended operation of Trollbeads Rewards.

Vitals Reviews

We display both positive and negative reviews but all content is moderated to ensure it is appropriate for publication on our website. This means that after you submit your review it will not immediately appear on our website. We reserve the right to accept or reject any product review submitted to us.

You agree that you will not submit any content:

• That is false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, libellous, obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd, suggestive, harassing, threatening, abusive, fraudulent or otherwise objectionable;
• That infringes any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy;

Not all purchased items will be eligible for a review. We reserve the right to blacklist items from the review process at our discretion. 

eGift Card

These eGift Card Terms apply to pounds sterling eGift Cards purchased online through the Trollbeads UK website (www.trollbeads.co.uk). Please read these eGift Card Terms carefully before purchase to ensure that you understand how eGift Cards work and that you are familiar with any restrictions, which may apply to their use.

When you purchase an eGift Card online through the Trollbeads UK Website, the sale is made to you by Agora House Ltd T/A Trolbeads UK, a company registered in England (company number 05369871) with its registered office at 186 Upper Street, London, N1 1RQ.

As per our terms of service, Trollbeads UK can only sell to the following territories; England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales, ROI Ireland, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey and the Isle of Wight. Purchasing an eGift Card for persons outside of these territories will result in the recipient being unable to redeem the eGift card. 

After you place an online order for an eGift Card, you will receive an email acknowledging that we have received your order. This does not mean that we have accepted your order.

When purchasing an eGift Card, you will have the opportunity to provide a personalised message to be delivered to the recipient. Your message will appear in the email in which the eGift Card is delivered.

You are solely responsible for any message you ask us to include with your eGift Card. We reserve the right to refuse to deliver any message submitted by you if, in our sole discretion, your message is or is likely to be considered by any person to be defamatory, offensive, obscene, abusive, hateful, threatening, discriminatory, inflammatory, harmful, sexually explicit, deceptive, fraudulent, infringing of intellectual property rights or in any way unlawful. If we reject your message for any reason, we reserve the right in our sole discretion to cancel your order and refund any payments you have made.
