Terms & Conditions - Happy Birthday 2023 Bead Promotion

Promotional details: This promotion is intended for participants in the United Kingdom & Ireland aged 18 or above. To make use of this promotion, you will need to register for the Trollbeads UK newsletter, making sure to add your birthday date. The participant can choose to redeem the gift online or at Trollbeads London.

Terms & Conditions. This promotion is available through the Trollbeads e-store (trollbeads.co.uk), Trollbeads London and participating stockists only. The promotional dates run between 12:00 am 01/01/2023 until 11:59 pm 31/12/2023 and is available to customers with a UK & Ireland shipping address only. Participants who subscribe to the Trollbeads UK newsletter and enter a valid birthday date will be eligible to redeem a complimentary Happy Birthday 2023 bead (RRP £225/€250) with qualifying spend (a minimum order placed of £95/€105 on full-price items only). This promotion is subject to stock availability. While we have made reasonable provision for demand, we may change or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice. On the date of the birthday, an automated email will be sent with a unique code. For the order to be successful, the complimentary bead, the qualifying spend and the coupon code must be added to the basket. Failure to add all three with result in ineligibility. The coupon code has an expiry date of 21 days from when the email is sent. Orders placed before or after the 3-week window will not qualify for the discounted product. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, including but not limited to; a welcome or any promotional code(s). Refunds and exchanges are subject to our returns policy. The discounted items may not be refunded/exchanged on their own. All items must be returned for a refund or an exchange - failing to do so will result in the FREE product's RRP (£225/€250) being deducted from the refund amount. There is no cash alternative for the discounted product. Participants' legal rights, including all rights in respect of products which are faulty or not as described and in respect of refunds, replacements, and repairs, are unaffected by these Rules. This promotion is subject to stock availability.
