Really disappointed with this bead that arrived it looked nothing like the picture. It is the only bead I have ever been disappointed with after buying so many over the years

Great colour
This goes well with soo many!.
I was very disappointed with this bead . . quite frankly, nothing like the one in the picture, which is a lovely mixture of browns, ochres and cream which I love. But the one sent to me is just white ovals on a brown background . . pretty . . but not at all like the picture.
