Terms & Conditions - Trollbeads Club

Anyone can join the “Trollbeads Club” by purchasing a 1-year membership “Trollbeads Club Membership”. Customers who purchase a membership must have an existing account on www.trollbeasds.co.uk or create an account before purchasing.

Content on the Trollbeads Club site is only for private use and may not be used in any commercial or professional activity.

By purchasing the Trollbeads Club Membership, the Customer declares to have read, know and fully understood these General Conditions and accepts to be bound by them concerning the services that will be provided by Agora House Ltd T/A Trollbeads UK.

The Customer can proceed with the purchase to the "Trollbeads Club", via the Trollbeads website (www.trollbeads.co.uk) or within selected Trollbeads stores.

The registration to the "Trollbeads Club" will be considered valid only and exclusively following the payment made online or in store and the receipt of the confirmation email of the same.

At the time of registration, the customer can choose only the following membership:

1 year – valid within the same January to December calendar year - £50.

Registration will entitle you to receive the " Welcome Package " containing:

  • The Trollbeads Club bead dedicated to the current year which will become the distinctive sign for members of the "Trollbeads Club".
  • Access to club-exclusive “locked” pages is accessible via the Trollbeads website (trollbeads.co.uk).

The Customer’s membership will grant them access to the following:

  • The right to view and purchase limited editions, guaranteeing the right of first refusal on the same. All the beads available for purchase through the Trollbeads Club are LIMITED, i.e. the available quantities are limited, and not guaranteed to all members.
  • The right to participate in club promotions is reserved only for members of the Trollbeads Club.
  • The right to participate in club conventions and competitions is reserved only for members of the Trollbeads Club.
  • The right to participate in club initiatives is reserved only for members of the Trollbeads Club.

The Trollbeads Club Membership, Country Beads, or Rare Treasures will not be subject to any specific purchase thresholds or requirements for participation in future promotions or offers inside or outside of the club. The Trollbeads Club Membership, Country Beads, or Rare Treasures will not be subject to any discount.

Agora House Ltd T/A Trollbeads UK reserve the right to change or cancel the Trollbeads Club at any time without notice. These terms are in addition to our standard Terms and Conditions which continue to apply.
