Full-price Trollbeads

Lovely length and well made excellent for all my lovely beads

My new sterling silver bracelet is excellent quality and tremendous value for money. I had one previously but just recently purchased the next size down so I can wear the bracelet all the time and not just occasionally.

In my opinion, looks nicer than on photos. It is both rustic & elegant same time.

I was in a lovely city called Worcester, when I noticed a shop selling Trollbeads bracelets and pendants. If I was a millionaire I would have bought the shop. My partner has fallen in love with them and is planning on purchasing something. People don’t give this a miss, buy buy buy.

Three tiny bracelets for three unconnected little girls… over the years I can fill each with charms appropriate to their unique characters… one is in England, the second in Germany & the third in the Netherlands - and as they grow they’ll need new bracelets too!

Having posted truthful reviews about the other items I bought, I can only do the same for this as well. The other items got 5 stars.

This however, is becoming a pain. The first one I ordered, I chose the wrong size. I returned it, and was happy to pay the postage, it was definitely my mistake.

However, I was then sent the same size back. I emailed, I was argued with, I laid it out by a tape measure to prove my point. I was asked to return it, which I duly did. I paid the postage again. Not once was an apology offered, or a refund for postage.

Today I have received another replacement bracelet. The wrong size, this time too big, it just slips over my hand. I'm sure it's not me, I requested a 20cm bracelet, and I was sent a 20cm bracelet. But aren't they supposed to take off 2cm for the clasp?

I'm pulling my hair out now
