Terms & Conditions - The Big Summer Sale

The Big Summer Sale is available only through the Trollbeads e-store (https://www.trollbeads.co.uk) and Trollbeads London. Promotional dates run from 17:00 18/06/2026 until 23:59 05/07/2026. Orders placed before or after these dates will not qualify for the discount.

We are running two offers:

1st promotion: ‘up to 50% off during the Big Summer Sale’ refers to a discount off the RRP of selected items that appear on the following page: https://www.trollbeads.co.uk/collections/the-big-summer-sale only. If an item does not appear on this page, it is excluded from the sale. The Big Summer Sale discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion (except the Big Summer Sale GWP) or coupon code.

2nd promotion (The Big Summer Sale GWP): Participants who spend £150 or more, on full price or sale items, can redeem a complimentary Summer 4Ever Bracelet (RRP £145). The discount is automatic and there is no coupon code needed. The spend and the complimentary bracelet must be added to the cart/checkout. Failure to add the complimentary product to your basket when the order is placed will result in the order not qualifying. The promotion is available on full price and Summer Sale items excluding:

The UK & Ireland Exclusive Bead (Everlasting Blossom), and any products containing it, is also excluded, along with the Trollbeads Club membership, Club Exclusive Beads, and Rare Treasures. 

This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, including but not limited to; a welcome, birthday, gift-with-purchase, or any promotional code(s). Only purchases made within the promotional period qualify for the gift; the gift cannot be applied to previous or future purchases. Refunds and exchanges are subject to our returns policy. No cash alternative will be offered. If the purchased item/items that qualified for the gift are returned, the gift must also be returned. If the gift is not returned, its RRP value will be deducted from the total refund amount.

These promotions are for customers with a UK & Ireland delivery address only. The Big Summer Sale promotions are subject to stock availability and, whilst reasonable efforts have been made to ensure sufficient stocks are available to meet likely demand, Agora House Ltd T/A Trollbeads UK may end the promotion early without notice or cancel a pending order due to insufficient stock levels. During the Big Summer Sale, some products, regardless of RRP, will be shipped in a Trollbeads branded silk pouch. Participants' legal rights, including all rights in respect of products which are faulty or not as described and in respect of refunds, replacements, and repairs, are unaffected by these rules. These promotions are subject to stock availability. While we have made reasonable provision for demand, we may change or withdraw the promotions at any time without notice. These terms are in addition to our standard Terms and Conditions, which continue to apply.
