Trollbeads Rewards

Trollbeads Rewards is our loyalty program designed to reward customers for shopping with us over time. Your tier is based on your qualifying spend over a rolling 365-day period.

Your Rewards tier is calculated based on how much you’ve spent with Trollbeads over the last 365 days — not by calendar year.

This means your tier can increase or decrease throughout the year depending on your recent shopping activity

As your qualifying spend increases, you’ll move through the Rewards tiers and unlock additional benefits, experiences and personalised rewards.

Your current tier and progress are always visible inside your Rewards Hub.

You’ll automatically move into the next tier once your qualifying spend reaches the required threshold within the last 365 days.

No sign-up or manual request is needed.

Because Rewards works on a rolling 365-day basis, tiers can also decrease if qualifying spend from older purchases drops outside the 365-day window.

This allows the program to stay dynamic and reflect recent customer activity.

If your tier changes, your Rewards Hub will update automatically. We may also notify you by email when you move into a new tier.

Storyteller, Curator, Collector and Inner Circle members earn £5 in Rewards credit for every £100 spent in a single order.

Your credit is awarded in £100 increments, so the more you spend in one order, the more you earn. For example, spend £100–£199.99 and receive £5, spend £200–£299.99 and receive £10, spend £300–£399.99 and receive £15, and so on.

Dreamer members do not earn Rewards credit.

You can view your current tier, qualifying spend and Rewards information anytime inside your Rewards Hub when logged into your account.

Yes — eligible purchases made online and at Trollbeads London may both contribute towards your Rewards status.

Your Trollbeads anniversary is based on the date of your first recorded Trollbeads purchase. We use this date to celebrate your anniversary and, for Inner Circle members, to determine when you'll receive your Exclusive Anniversary Gift.

Please note that we moved to a new website in September 2021. If you first shopped with us before then, your anniversary will be based on your earliest purchase recorded on our current website. This means the date shown may be later than your original first-ever Trollbeads purchase.

You don't. We will only need it if you want to receive a birthday treat from us (tier dependent).
