Inspect & refund
Once received, after careful inspection, your refund will be processed and confirmed via email.
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
All items must be unused and returned in their original packaging, with all authentic labels attached. To be eligible for a full refund, items must be in a re-sellable condition.
Any promotional gifts received with your order must also be included in your return.
Begin by completing your returns form, indicating whether you would like a refund or exchange.
Carefully package your items, ensuring all original packaging and documentation is included. We recommend using a protective outer box or envelope.
Clearly mark your parcel as “returned items” and send it to the address below using a tracked and insured service.

Unless your item is faulty, you will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we are unable to accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
If you would like to exchange an item purchased through our website, please indicate this on your returns form.
If your item was purchased through a retailer, exchanges must be arranged directly with the original store of purchase.
Once your return has been received, all items will be carefully inspected.
If your return meets our conditions, your refund will be processed and confirmed via email. If items show signs of wear or are not in a re-sellable condition, a reduced refund may be issued. In this case, you will be notified.
Please allow up to 10 working days for the refunded amount to appear on your statement after processing.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds where unusual or excessive return activity is identified.
This may include patterns such as repeated large returns, items returned after extended use, or discrepancies between returned items and original orders.
Where necessary, we may withhold refunds, suspend accounts, or take further action to prevent misuse of our returns service.
