You purchase a membership just like you would any product on our website. Once purchased, you will receive an email with details on how to access the "locked" areas of the website. Shortly after, you should receive your welcome package between 1-3 working days (depending on region).
You can purchase the membership in person at Trollbeads London, where you will get to walk away with the welcome package that day!
You should receive your package within 1-3 working days. In some cases, it may take up to 14 days before your package arrives (depending on the accessibility of your region).
If you purchase in-store at Trollbeads London, you will walk away with the welcome package that day.
Membership renewal is not automatic. You will receive an email shortly before the new year to purchase the new membership.

Rare Treasures are museum pieces or hugely limited stock of designs that are made available exclusively to club members. Sometimes you may find whole bracelets with a unique club price or other ready-to-wear pieces handpicked by us. We will always inform you when these become available and are exclusively for members.
Only one membership (which includes the Club bead) can be purchased each year. However, you are free to purchase as many Club Beads or Rare Treasures as you wish.
These special beads can only be purchased online at www.trollbeads.co.uk exclusively for members.

Because the Club is attached to customers' accounts, you are unable to purchase on their behalf. However, we suggest you purchase a Trollbeads Gift card which they can redeem on a membership.

The One-Year Membership is for the calendar year and can be purchased any day within that year. For instance, if a customer were to purchase the membership in September, they would still be charged the full amount, and it would still expire on the 31st December.
