Orders placed Friday to Sunday are processed and dispatched on Monday. Public holidays may affect delivery times.

Final shipping costs are always confirmed at checkout.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, typically between 1–4 working days. Please note that UK public holidays may affect dispatch and delivery timelines.
Once your order has been dispatched, your courier will be in touch with tracking details so you can follow its journey.
Orders shipped to the Republic of Ireland are dispatched from our fulfilment centre in the UK, with UK VAT removed at checkout.
Upon arrival, Irish VAT may be payable before delivery can be completed. This is handled directly by the courier.

Our delivery partners operate within a limited claim window, so early contact allows us to investigate promptly on your behalf.
Please ensure your delivery details were entered correctly at checkout, as we are unable to process claims for incorrect addresses.
Each piece is carefully presented in its own Trollbeads presentation box, designed to protect and elevate your jewellery.
Box sizes may vary depending on the product, ensuring each item is securely packaged for transit.
At checkout, you will have the option to reduce the number of presentation boxes included with your order.
Where selected, we will thoughtfully consolidate packaging while ensuring your jewellery remains fully protected during transit.
For example, multiple beads may be presented together in a single box or pouch.
During busier periods, including seasonal sales and promotional events, your order may be presented in a Trollbeads branded silk pouch.
This allows us to maintain efficiency while still ensuring your jewellery arrives safely and beautifully packaged.
