This promotion is available only through the Trollbeads e-store (https://www.trollbeads.co.uk) and Trollbeads London. The offer is valid from 12.00am 06/01/2025 until 11.59pm 31/01/2025 and is limited to UK & Ireland customers only. Customers can receive £25 off when they purchase £100 or more of full-priced items.

The selected item(s) must be added to cart, and the coupon code "HELLO-2025" must be added at checkout. Failure to add the coupon code when the order is placed will result in the order not qualifying.

This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, including but not limited to; a welcome, birthday or any promotional code(s), and is redeemable against full-priced items only, excluding the 2025 Valentine’s Day Collection, 2025 Spring Collection, Unique Single Glass Beads, Faceted Unique Glass Beads, and Amber Kit Faceted. The Trollbeads Club membership, Country Beads, and Rare Treasures are also excluded from this promotion. One redemption per customer, based on the email address. Only purchases made within the promotional period qualify for the discount; the amount off cannot be applied to previous or future purchases. Refunds and exchanges are subject to our returns policy. No cash alternative will be offered. If the purchased item/items that qualified for the discount are returned, the entire order must be returned. Participants' legal rights, including all rights in respect of products which are faulty or not as described and in respect of refunds, replacements, and repairs, are unaffected by these rules.
