Terms & Conditions - Advent Calendar Day 5 2024

The Trollbeads Online Advent Calendar ("Campaign") is available exclusively through the Trollbeads e-store at www.trollbeads.co.uk and at Trollbeads London. The promotional calendar dates run from 06/12/2024 until 17/12/2024, with each day having a different promotional offer that expires at 23.59pm the day it is sent out, unless otherwise stated. Orders placed before or after these promotional dates and times will not qualify for the discounted prices.

This promotion is available only through the Trollbeads e-store (https://www.trollbeads.co.uk) and Trollbeads London. The offer is valid from 12.00am 01/02/2025 until 11.59pm 28/02/2025 and is limited to UK & Ireland customers only. Customers can receive 20% off full-priced products only, using a one-time unique code sent directly to them.

The selected full-priced items must be added to the cart, and the unique coupon code be added at checkout. If using in-store the coupon code must be mentioned at the register. Failure to add the coupon code when the order is placed will result in the order not qualifying.

This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, including but not limited to; a welcome, birthday or any promotional code(s), and is redeemable against full-priced items only, excluding the 2025 Valentine’s Day Collection, 2025 Spring Collection, the February surprise release, Unique Single Glass Beads, Faceted Unique Glass Beads, and Amber Kit Faceted. The Trollbeads Club membership, Country Beads, and Rare Treasures are also excluded from this promotion. One redemption per customer, based on the email address. Only purchases made within the promotional period qualify for the discount; the amount off cannot be applied to previous or future purchases. Refunds and exchanges are subject to our returns policy. No cash alternative will be offered. If the purchased item/items that qualified for the discount are returned, the entire order must be returned. Participants' legal rights, including all rights in respect of products which are faulty or not as described and in respect of refunds, replacements, and repairs, are unaffected by these rules. This promotion is subject to stock availability. While we have made reasonable provision for demand, we may change or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice. These terms are in addition to our standard Terms and Conditions, which continue to apply.
